The W3 standard

The W3 standard is a cartridge filter that is certified by the IFA (German institute for work safety) in accordance with EN ISO 15012-1 for welding smoke class W3 and is able to filter more than 99% of fumes and dust pollutants produced by the welding of high alloyed steel, such as steel with nickel and chromium content of 30% or higher.
