All parts supplied by Movex Equipment have a 14 day returns policy. For faulty parts see our Terms and Conditions page, under '9. Warranty: Limit of Responsibility'. If there's a problem with a part you must notify us within the 14 days from the date of receipt. If you are not happy with your part simply return it to us and we will exchange it FREE of charge or offer a refund of the original purchase price (less postage & a 10% service charge). Items must be in a re-saleable condition and not have been fitted or tampered with in any way. You (the customer) are responsible for returning any items back to us, we recommend that you use a signed courier for proof of delivery. We ask that you please contact us before returning anything back to us.
